Ministry Guidelines for Affiliate Churches and Ministers

Churches and ministers may apply to affiliate with Spirit Life Fellowship Global Alliance for the purpose of promoting the Gospel of Jesus Christ and receiving spiritual support, guidance and covering.

Affiliation Requirements and Standards

Organizations desiring affiliation with Spirit Life Fellowship Global Alliance (SLFGA) shall meet the following requirements and standards:

1) Affiliate churches and ministers must be in complete agreement with Spirit Life Fellowship Global Alliance “Statement of Faith”. Each affiliate is free, within limits, to govern its own affairs, elect its own officers and channel its own finances.

2) Affiliate Churches must be legally organized within their country with a Pastor, Treasurer and at least 2 Elders. Additional officers may be added if required by local or country laws.

3) Affiliate churches and Ministers are responsible for abiding by the laws of their country in regards to meetings, revivals, conferences, outreach programs, evangelism, training disciples and planting churches. SLFGA is not responsible for any actions take by any of it’s Affiliate Churches or Ministers.

4) Applicant organizations must supply SLFGA with: A copy of their local Church Organizational papers, Charter or governing rules of operation.

5) An Affiliate Church or Minister is subject to disenfranchisement for violation of scriptural principles, adoption of false doctrine, and for acts not in line with biblical scripture or with SLFGA Statement of Faith.

6) Affiliate organizations of SLFGA shall govern as sovereign ministries. SLFGA assumes no liability for any act or debt of an affiliate organization. SLFGA also reserves the right to withdraw its Certificate of Affiliation if deemed necessary by our Apostolic Council at any time.

7) SLFGA only provides teaching, ministry training, prayer covering, biblical guidance and apostolic covering for those churches and ministers wishing to affiliate themselves voluntarily with us. Under no circumstances is SLFGA responsible for any actions taken by an affiliate church or minister from information, guidance or teaching they have received from another affiliated church or minister, Dr. Derek Sheavly or any of the SLFGA staff.

8) Affiliate churches and ministers agree not to solicit funds, tithes or offerings from other affiliate churches, ministers or SLFGA during Zoom teachings or live online meetings.  This includes posting comments which are asking for funds in the chat sessions, Facebook or Instagram comment sections or posting links to money making sites, business opportunities or any other site promoting products for sale.
