Church Affiliation
Our Church Affiliation Program
Our Church Affiliation Program is open to churches worldwide regardless if they are associated with or under the covering of a denomination, Bishop or any other covering organization. The covering organization must be in agreement with our Statement of Faith and our Ministry Guidelines in order to become and affiliate church. They may have other ministry partners the help fund their ministry or be connected with or be a branch of another local church.
If a church is a part of a denomination or under the covering of a bishop, they must have written permission to join SLFGA. If a church wishes to disaffiliate with their current denomination or Bishop, they will be required to submit 1) a new church affiliation application to join SLFGA and 2) Complete and submit our Ministry Reconciliation Form (Request HERE).
There are many benefits to become a member of SLFGA which just a few are listed below. There is a one-time affiliation membership donation of $75 USD and an Affiliation Membership monthly donation of $25 USD per Location/per Month. (Multi-Location church discounts available)

Our Church Affiliation Benefits
Online Teaching Sessions
Scheduled Live Zoom bible study teaching sessions by Dr. Derek Sheavly or other invited ministers from around the world. You can use these for church services or for bible study sessions.
Church Video Teaching
Church members can watch our recorded messages OnDemand 24 hours a day. Church leadership can use these for bible study or Sunday morning services using guest speakers from the network.
Affiliation Certificates and Ordinations
Each Affiliated church will receive their own Church Affiliation Certificate. They will be able to host scheduled ordination ceremonies for those who are called to the five-fold ministry , be able to access our online chat group.
Bible College, Bible Study Lessons and Church Resources
Church leadership and it's members will have access to our Online Library of books, bible study and evangelism material. Our material is available for download in a PDF or Word format. Churches can also host our bible college for those called into ministry.
